The 92 minutes documentary filmed in 6 different countries, intertwined the stories of pills’s consumers with the story of Louis, a French man who refuses all medicines in favor of only one dose of Pentobarbital that will “free” him from life. Between the observational and the poetic, the documentary accompanies viewers on a non-judgmental journey, where they will discover that, somehow, we all desire Happy Pills.
